Nie wieder!! Wir haben zwei Monate vor unserem Trip ein Auto über check24 gebucht und auch die Bestätigung erhalten. Als wir um 09:00 morgens, pünktlich zur Öffnung unseren Wagen abholen wollten, mit welchem wir von LA nach San Diego fahren wollten, erklärte uns die Dame, dass sie kein Auto zur Verfügung hätte und uns auch keine Alternative bieten könnte. Wir sollten doch zum Flughafen fahren und uns dort umschauen?! Service? Freundlichkeit? Hilfsbereitschaft? FEHLANZEIGE! Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und konnten uns nun für den 4-fachen Preis ein uber nach San Diego bestellen. Tut euch selbst den Gefallen und bucht kein Auto über diese Firma!

Netter Service, die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und bei der Fahrzeugabholung und Rückgabe hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Auto war ebenfalls super, nur die Sitze etwas schmutzig und das dazugehörige Parkhaus recht dunkel.

Die Abwicklung war reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich super gekümmert als wir ein Taxi zur Fahrt an den Flughafen benötigen. Gerne wieder.

I've read the comments before and tried to avoid the attitude of the woman, but her manner of speaking will get you out in anyways. First she said you can't drive without insurance, I tried to explain respectfully that supplemental liability insurance is not the same as minimum liability insurance. I tried to be patient, but her way of speaking is really awkward especially with stone face. The next time I came, she told me your gas is not full, I showed her picture the way I took and the way I returned, and it is way more obviously. She just ignored it and turned to next customer without even answering and finishing with me. I hope managers of the place will look at reviews and take appropriate actions towards clients service. Because now I will never return to this place.

If I could give no stars I would. They called us the day before our car rental to tell us they didn’t have one for us to rent. We booked a week before our reservation. We paid for parking for an event because we were planning on having a car. So now not only do we not have a rental car but we’re out the money for parking. Their response was “well if I had one to give you I would”. They said they had to call several people today to cancel their reservations. Doesn’t seem like this is a case of one or two people who extended their rentals but a problem of over promising and under delivering. Terrible business practice and customer service. Definitely keeping this in mind when budget rentals pop up again in the future. Don’t rent here.

Terrible experience. When arrived to pick up the car, was told that my BCD does not work AFTER I had already booked the reservation using it in advance 3 months prior. Was charged over $400 extra then the cost that was originally quoted. The employee "Georgia" was no help whatsoever or didn't care to make an effort to make things right.

Rented from this place about 3-4 times. 2 instances the tire pressure was low. This last time not only was the tire pressure low but the passenger seat door wouldn't lock. I had to delay my trip and come back the next morning and told Wafa that the door wouldn't lock. She responded saying maybe the child safety lock was enabled. I responded, arent those locks only on the back doors though? She said she didn't know.

Wafa gave me another car to transfer my items to. I asked her if I would be getting a refund for the lost day of travel. She said she didn't think she could do that.

As I was transferring items to the new car, Wafa was trying to fix the door that wouldn't lock. She said she got the door to lock. I went over to the door that she supposedly fixed and opened it right in front of her. She understood now how serious the door locking issue was and she said she will give us a refund for the lost day. I asked if she could put that in writing on the rental agreement and she said don't worry im the manager I'll be here on Monday.

Monday I dropped off the car and she credited me the refund and gave me the receipt. I asked if the refund price included the insurance for the lost day? It did not, so then she had to put in a second refund to include the insurance.

Please save yourself the headache and go to other rentals nearby. The woman who works is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. She desperately needs to learn how to deal with customers.

I came here twice in the last month only to get no car. Yes, I reserved both times! But this woman needs help!!
