I bought the car sight unseen and David was thorough on the condition of the car and when it arrived it was better than I expected. This place honestly sucks. I went in and found what I thought was a nice car only to be given weeks of headaches. My salesman, David, was the typical salesman. Charismatic, easy to talk to and helpful. At first my experience was great, I negotiated prices, contract and was guaranteed the car was inspected and functional with no major issues. After I purchased the vehicle and signed the contract, I took it in to get inspected by a 3rd party, the Nissan dealership. I was informed that there is a cracked ball joint on one of the front lower control arms and the rotors were covered in heat spots and ware. The Nissan dealership also informed me that it seemed like someone had recently just slapped on brand new pads, instead of fixing the major issue. I contacted David and informed him of this issue and he stated I can schedule a time to bring the car back and get it looked over by a mechanic and that he would give me a call back. David never did. It is painfully obvious this place has very serious integrity issues.

That isn't the only issues. We had negotiated two separate contracts in the event that the original one did not work out and on Tuesday, they said they will submit the contract to the lender and get back in contact with me once it was finalized. I have waited 4 days for contact back and received 0 communication. Today I reached out to David again and asked him if there was any updates on the contract, let alone the mechanical issues on the car they sold me. He again told me he would give me a call back in a few minutes for an update. Never got the call back. This place is just sleezy and you're better off doing business somewhere else. This is my first time buying a car and I feel like they took advantage, lied and cheated me into buying this vehicle.

Great experience. No pressure . Not aggressive. Let me make the decision on my own and also helped me get the best possible deal. They were open to negotiating and provided me with many resources. Doesn't seem like they are trying to pull a fast one. Hal was my sales rep and he was awesome.. very relatable and not pressuring at all. Akash was awesome also and went out of his way to make sure I felt secure about my purchase and didn't make me feel like I needed to add on anything that wasn't necessary. Great buying experience and honestly the best dealer experience I have had yet. Thanks guys.
