Dropped sons bike off for a full inspection these guys were nice until we didn't want to spend another 1700$ for some easy to do gaskets. They also lied and said they did a oil change, air filter spark plug ect. When we came to pick bike up the whole top gas tank ect was disconnected, missing fairings bolts I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE SO CALLED SERVICE MANAGER EVEN YELLED AT US EVEN AFTER THEY LIED SAYING THEY DID OIL CHANGE ECT.

I came and looked at this bike about a month prior with a friend and to my surprise it was still there. It was a no brainer and got it on spot. Shannon was an amazing help and honestly a perfect example of how a salesman should be. He had his recommendations but still wanted me to be comfortable and happy with the purchase. He has so much knowledge and experience to tell and I’m so thankful for it! If you ever need any help, absolutely go to him!

Picked up a CFMOTO 300SS From Shannon, he was super knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy, and made the experience of buying your first bike amazing. Love the bike, love the dealer, will for sure be back.

I bought a UF 1000. I had Shannon as my sales rep. I’m thrilled. The level of service , kindness and willingness to make me ( the client ) happy was such a nice surprise! Brian was also a gentleman as was the mechanic that I asked questions about my side by side. They delivered my CF moto to my home as well. I definitely recommend this store for all purchases. Lastly , the staff that helped me with my accessories couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and friendly. My brother in law bought a side by side here as well and raved about how good his experience was. Thanks again Shannon !

Bought a Kandi pit bike for my daughter and it fell apart in 2 hours. Try getting hold of Coyote Motorsports twice they just blow me off worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never do business with this motorcycle shop again. And whatever you do do not buy one of these pit bikes from them they are garbage what a waste of 2,300 bucks thanks a lot Coyote Motorsports you guys suck

I had an unpleasant experience with this workshop. I took my Yamaha R100 motorcycle there for a leak that I discovered myself in the fuel pump. They took forever to fix it and even then they gave it to me broken. Now the ECU was failing according to their diagnosis. I ordered it and it was installed and it still didn't work. Another expense...

I took my basically brand new Honda here (2019 with 600 miles) for an oil change and inspection and had the worst experience ever. I showed up on my bike and asked if it would be alright to hang around while they did the work on it. They said of course, 3 hours go by and 5 minutes before closing they finally tell me they broke an oil line. I ended up taking an Uber home and called back the next day. I was immediately put on hold for 20+ minutes to be told they had to order the new oil line and no one in the state had one and it was going to take 5-7 business days. I wait a week and call back, apparently they had it done for a couple days and didn't bother to call me to tell me it was done. They didn't charge me for the oil line but charged $200 for an oil change and inspection. Never taking my bike back here.
