Came to Gear 6 just looking at options on a 4x4 and left with more than I expected! I left with a nice truck with everything I wanted! Couldn’t be more happy! They kept their word on warranty and fixed a couple little problems with no hassle! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to anyone! Thanks Hector and Cesar for your help! I had probably the worst experience of my life. I bought a truck from these guys, and they sold me a lemon. My job requires me to travel a lot and when I bought the truck it was a lemon. I tried returning the truck, and they wouldn't take it back. I was told to use the warrenty they sold me. Then, after I spoke to them, I tried calling back, and there no answer. They screen their calls and answer only the numbers they like. I called back with a different phone number, and they answered right away. 10k is a lot of money for me, and they made me feel like a joke. I do not recommend giving these people your money. I might just be the odd ball bad experience, but it was bad. I still have no vehicle to this day, and it has been a month

Lemon cars!! That Memo guy “owner” tries and acts like he’s better than you just cause he sells cars. Joke. His sales person Giovani knows nothing about cars did not even know when the oil change was performed on a Tahoe i was interested in. Proceeded to tell me it was recent when i checked in the info display it said “0% oil life”. Don’t purchase TRUCKS!! Memo likes to take them on family vacations, use them to his advantage and than proceed to sell them to hard working people. But unfortunately Both still managed to scam me for $3,000. Reported them to the Better Business bureau. HAPPY to see their Grant location has been closed Down!!

Great overall service! They are family owned and operated which was a huge plus for me. Mainly because they addressed every concern I had from start to finish and even after the sale. I had to bring the car back in for a minor issue and they stepped up and completed all promised repairs, no questions asked! The one thing that really did it for me was that they offer a complimentary 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty! Which in itself is a huge plus for a used car, but where they really earned their 5 stars was in the fact that I was able to bring up an issue after the sale and they took care of me as if I was family! Which seems to be their business model and approach. Thanks GearSix!

I bought my truck from Gear6 Motorsports about a month and a half ago and truck is already in the shop with about 8000$ worth of repairs needed. Preexisting issues. And the warranty company they use APW seems a bit shady to me and they're reviews are not the best. Trying to get ahold of someone and waiting on call backs etc. Very frustrated right now but I'm going to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. I gave this dealership a 3 star rating based on the fact that at least my motor and transmission are in great shape and they're communication was pretty good.

After talking to the owner they agreed to cover some of the more expensive repairs which saved me a ton a money so I definitely couldn't complain about that. Overall the dealership was pretty cool and I'd recommend others to shop there. They always have good inventory. Just remember to have a vehicle inspection done before purchasing so you don't go through what I went through.

Update... My truck is back in the shop for the 3rd time in barely over 3 months. My truck did not have a thermostat in stalled And my radiator had to be replaced because it was plugged. Truck is in a shop for the 3rd time now because there's coolant in one of the cylinders which is causing the truck to overheat still. It's going to cost $550 to pull the head to check the cylinder to see how bad the damage is and who knows how much more it will cost in repairs. I am not happy.

Edgar and Gio were Excellent in my car buying experience. They stayed an hour after closing to get me into my vehicle. I'd recommend gear6 motorsports to any that would be looking for a vehicle. They went above and beyond even provided transportation, options, great service and they are wonderful people. Drove off the lot same day.

Despite the vehicle price the General manager Of Gear6 motors was very understanding with me being the customer! He made me feel like I had a chance to obtain my dream car was able to work with me from A to Z and assured me I'd be a happy in the end, customer service was polite & reassuring I was satisfied with this being a family owned business.
