Dr. Olivia is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explains every procedure he is going to do and what comes next. I really like that in a doctor. I would recommend Dr. Olivia to everyone. All his staff is pleasant and friendly.

I found Dr Oliva to be very condescending. I had concerns about menopause and sleeplessness and hormones and he seemed rushed and disinterested. When I asked about bio identical hormones he said it was a marketing term but then used it later in conversation. He thought it unimportant to check my hormone levels because he said they fluctuate. He wrote scripts for Estrogen and Progesterone which I never filled. Upon speaking to other Drs I have found that they actually are concerned about my hormone levels.

This man is so incredibly condescending and belittling. He is a factory dr. So if you just need in and out, he’s perfect. When I was in my late 20’s, I didn’t have anything outside just needing an exam and birth control. He should not be allowed to work with women.

He’s talks down to you or is extremely rude. , or especially in my case. Reminds me of those doctors from the 60’s who assumed women didn’t know their own bodies. I have been suffering from painful intercourse for the last 4 years (I’ve been seeing him for 7). Last year I brought it up again, and literally all he did was take a swab and send me on my way. Didn’t attempt to provide any relief or answers.

I also inquired about different types of birth control and his rude response was “what, is taking one pill a day every day too hard?”

He doesn’t care about his patients, he just wants you in and out. He’s rude, and makes you feel small for inquiring about your body and medications. I still can’t believe I went to him every year for him to provide absolutely no solution or help to my problem.

I went to a new dr, and within the half hour I was there she addressed my issues and now I no longer have those issues. This could have been resolved earlier had he just taken steps to understand my pain and care about providing relief.

I cannot believe I allowed myself to suffer for decades - and it was only because I hadn't found the right physician. Dr. Oliva was the right physician for me. He has changed my life profoundly after a complicated surgery...and his team of caring professionals (like Kathy) to the front office team - truly made me feel like my quality of life was their top priority. Very confrontational for no reason. When I asked for a pain maintenance for IUD insert he was so sarcastic and unprofessional. I really had a horrible experience at this practice. I don’t typically make reviews but I could not go without informing people about how poor my experience was.
