I wanted an Audi S5 but MAS didn't have exactly what I wanted. Joe told me that ordering one from the factory would be best to get exactly what I wanted and SAVE me money. He kept me up to date on the order and made the process extremely easy as I neve purchased a car overseas before. HIGHLY recommend Joe and MAS to get the car you want.

My Nightmare experience costed me $4,000 and it began when my daily driver breaking down beyond repair;
Our family needed a car, my wife was days away from delivery and my son needed to be taken to school, and I need to drive to work, Etc

I went MAS to get a Car ASAP. We reserved a 2023 accord for a Monday down in Bremerhaven, I was told to get a rental, hotel, and etc. for the trip. That Exact Monday, I received a call that the car hasn't passed customs (Lie #1) . Later finding out that the car wasn’t even in Germany, it was ship was stuck in the Netherlands.

At this point, I was told to wait a couple days, well a week went by I lost money on the hotel that couldn’t be canceled and a rental car that was extended 4 times. Costing me $650
I was told by my sales rep that I would receive reimbursement (Lie #2) *I was never paid anything back*

I was continuously told to wait for information and with everything going on my sales rep was not with company or had new position… it was very unclear. I tried to talk with management multiple times about the situation because everyday without a car was costing me $85-100 for a rental. I was told by my new sales rep that they were in contact with management (Lie #3)

Additional 2 weeks went by and my total for rental cars was $2400. I even paid for insurance for a car I didn’t even have.

I went in and told my new sales rep that I need a different car ASAP. I register and got everything, just to be told they can’t give me the car due to a recall on floor mats which I was told 3-4 days for them to come in (Lie #4) I waited an additional 2 weeks.

5 weeks worth of rental cars, Insurance payment for a car didn’t have, Hotel I didn’t stay at.

It could have all be avoided, if I just went somewhere else.

This organization is the epitome of supporting the Troops. I sold them a vehicle I origionally purchased from MAS. After the lien was paid the title was lost in the mail. MAS HQ in New York coordinated for a replacement title. In my 20 years of military service I've never experienced such professionalism or delt with an organization that went above and beyond to help a customer in this way. If your thinking of buying or selling a car, come here first.

I'm writing this review in the hope that it will guide potential customers in their search for a reliable and trustworthy dealership. Unfortunately, my experience with MAS has compelled me to shed light on what I found to be a disconcerting lack of transparency and customer care during my recent dealings with them.

I initially decided to purchase a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas from MAS after what seemed like a promising interaction. I made a full payment of $54,000, expecting a smooth transaction reflective of their professional demeanor. However, it became evident that their commitment to excellent customer service was not extended beyond receiving my payment.

My main concern stems from their inconsistent communication regarding the delivery of the vehicle and a prolonged delay in obtaining the title for my newly purchased vehicle.

The car was finally delivered on February 13th, despite haphazard communication from my sales rep, Eoin Sexton. The delivery was delayed by several days - which wouldn't have been an issue - had Eoin communicated these delays in a timely manner. Instead, I took off work and make childcare arrangements, only to find out the car wasn't being delivered the moment I arrived - when Eoin had known about the delay for a reasonable amount of time.

Regarding the vehicle's title, I've been waiting over 14 weeks without success. This excessive delay, combined with MAS's uncommunicative approach, has intensified my frustration. Since February 13th, I've consistently found myself having to initiate inquiries regarding the title's status. It's disheartening to feel obligated to pursue what should be a straightforward aspect of the car-buying process. In fact, there were two periods of four weeks each without a single update from their UK processing team; I had to email them each time.

While I recognize that administrative processes can be complex, the lack of transparency and delayed resolution in this case has led to a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. I feel that MAS's regard for its customers is not just about the transaction but also about respect and value - something glaringly absent in this case.

Initially, MAS portrayed an image of transparency and customer-centricity until they received my payment. Their subsequent conduct, however, raises severe concerns about their business ethics and customer care. I'm left wondering whether this kind of post-purchase treatment is typical at MAS or if my case is an anomaly. Either way, the lack of action and communication has transformed what should've been a joyous new car purchase into a source of stress and dissatisfaction.

If you're contemplating purchasing your next vehicle from MAS, I urge you to proceed with caution. My experience suggests that their level of service takes a steep decline once your payment has been secured. It's disheartening to write such a review, but I feel that potential customers should be aware of the complete scenario before entrusting their hard-earned money to this dealership.
