I took my 2019 RS3 S2+ to Shawn and Justin to get some spotting I noticed on the garage floor looked at and all the 40k services done as I have taken the car in for service before. These guys really showed me how good of hands this car is in when it is there through this whole process. Shawn was completely open about estimates, he and Justin made sure I knew exactly what was going on by having me into the shop to see for myself, or if I was busy, send detailed photos instead. It's great working with a shop that actually took the time to show me what was wrong, devise a plan to fix, and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done to future proof any issues. I never once felt like I was being upsold on anything (besides a bigger turbo, but I mean come on ;)) or a fix was proposed for something that wasn't broken. Shawn and Justin are honestly two of the best I have ever worked with on any car hands down and I will continue to take my RS3 with confidence everything will be done the right way the first time.

Sean’s and team are all great guys and extremely knowledgeable. Prior to even buying my RS3 I had reached out to Sean about questions I had and he got back to me right away. I purchased the vehicle and took it there for tuning right away. I had an tricky electrical issue and they made sure they didn’t stop until figuring out the problem. Highly recommend!

If you have a high-end luxury performance sports car then Doug Hub Is the team for your performance dreams. I brought my TTRS to Shawn and Justin at Doug Hub to diagnose a boost leak. Long story short and new turbo was required and they got it back up and running in 2 weeks. 3 days after getting the car back I took it on a 2,500 mile road trip with no issues and then brought it to the racetrack and pushed it all day with no issues. The team at Doug Hub goes far beyond your expectations and gives the kind of support and customer service no one else does.
